Under the Volume Rebate Incentive Program, as an Independent Operator, you will be provided with a location, office and inventory to start your own retail Dealership. DEALER INCENTIVE PROGRAMVolume Rebate Incentive: Beginning with the sixth (6th) home funded and on all additional homes funded in any calendar quarter, Dealer will receive Sixty Percent (60%) of the Volume Rebate ADI receives from the manufacturer. The Volume Rebate Incentive earned by Dealer is calculated in the same manner as the manufacturers compute the Volume Rebate for ADI. The Volume Rebate Incentive will be paid within 15 days after ADI receives the Volume Rebate from the manufacturer (paid quarterly).
Here is an example of how much money in Volume Rebate Incentives you can earn in just one year under this great program:
Let’s say you fund 9 homes per quarter over a calendar year. How much would you earn in Volume Rebate Incentives?
By funding 9 homes in each quarter, you will earn 60% of the Volume Rebate on homes number 6, 7, 8 and 9 that funded in each quarter. Let’s use a rebateable invoice of $50,000.00 for homes 6, 7, 8 and 9. The 4 homes (6,7,8,9) that qualify for Volume Rebate Incentive multiplied by $50,000.00 = $200,000.00 in total rebateable invoices for the quarter.
In this example ADI would receive $20,000.00 in Volume Rebate on the 4 homes. You receive sixty percent (60%) of the $20,000.00 or $12,000.00 in Volume Rebate Incentives! And that’s just for one quarter!
By funding 9 homes in each quarter over the year you earned $12,000.00 per quarter! $12,000.00 X 4 quarters = $48,000.00 for the year! Remember, this is in addition to the profit you generate on the sale of each new home!
APPROVAL PROCESS
- Provide ADI with the completed Dealer Application. With this information ADI will determine to approve the Dealer for the program. Some requirements to become a Dealer include appropriate Licensing, Bonding, and Insurance.
