Brad Nikolaus - President
Brad has enjoyed a career spanning nearly 29 years within our organization and has over 32 combined years of experience in the manufactured home industry. Over that time he has worked as a salesperson, sales manager, finance manager and general manager. Brad became the president of the company in 1997.
Dennis Johnson - Executive Vice President
Dennis has been affiliated with our organization since 1979. He has over 30 years of combined experience in our industry as a sales professional, single-location manager, multiple-location sales manager, and corporate manager. Dennis has been instrumental in developing our inventory management philosophy over the course of the last 17 years.
Pat Timpani - Director of Western Region Marketing
Pat Timpani has been with our organization since 1993 and is currently responsible for all Western Region business development opportunities. Pat has had a lengthy career in our industry including service as Sales Manager for Skyline Industries and Redman Homes. In total Pat has over 22 years experience in the manufactured housing industry.
Nathan Nikolaus - Director of Central Region Marketing
Nathan joined our organization in 2000 and is responsible for all Central Region business development opportunities. Nathan also works directly with the recruitment of new retailers and ensuring their compliance with company requirements. Prior to joining the organization, Nathan sold manufactured homes with a local retailer.
Sherry Robertson - Quality Control Manager
Sherry has been with our company since 1986. Over time she has served in many capacities including funding, finance, inventory management and in an account management/relationship capacity. Sherry is currently responsible for ensuring that display models are in good condition and properly merchandised to maximize sales.
Michele Andrews - Account Manager, SOUTH / Central Region
Michele first joined our organization in 1983. Since then she has overseen wholesale lending obligations, bookkeeping, funding and retailer relationships. Prior to joining us, Michele worked as a legal secretary and legal assistant for 20 years.
Vonnie Adamsky - Account Manager, Eastern Region
Vonnie joined our organization in 1997 after serving as a Loan Processor with Access Financial Services. Vonnie was also a loan processor for 17 years with First Commonwealth Bank in Pennsylvania.
Carol Stephens - Account Manager, Western Region
Carol joined our organization in 2001 after an extensive career in consumer and mortgage lending. She has over 30 years of combined experience as a loan processor, manager, funder, closer and service representative for such companies as Greentree Financial Services, Deutsche Financial Services and Chemical Financial Services.
Lynette Vela - Wholesale Finance Manager
Lynette joined the organization in 1997. Since then she has overseen Funding, Invoicing and Flooring. She currently manages our relationships with our wholesale lending partners, receivables with the manufacturers, and serves as our IT manager.
Jan Solis - CoMPtroller
Jan has served in an accounting capacity for us since 1997 and has 23 years of accounting experience.
Crystal Wenger - CoMPtroller
Crystal has been with our organization since 1996 and has over 20 years of combined experience as a bookkeeper/accountant.
